SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground and cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes due to specific FedEx policies for shipping chemicals and other hazardous materials, which must comply with regulations such as those set by the U.S. Department of Transportation.
We have discontinued orders to Canada due to overwhelmingly high export/import/shipping costs.
Newly placed orders are normally shipped the same or next business day. An automated shipping notice with tracking information will be emailed at the end of the day the order ships.
Risk of Loss and Title Transfer – Risk of loss and, where applicable, title to the goods pass to the customer upon our transfer of the order to the shipping carrier. Thereafter, any loss, delay, theft, or damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier, subject to any rights the customer may have directly against the carrier.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages – Once an order has been shipped and tendered to the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. If a package is lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged in transit, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim or investigation.
We may, at our discretion, provide reasonable assistance in connection with carrier claims; however, we are not responsible for carrier-related delivery failures or losses after shipment.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the matter is considered a carrier issue and must be resolved with the carrier.
